To properly clean and waterproof your footwear, follow these steps:

CLEAN Before starting, remove the laces if desired. Begin by cleaning the surface of the footwear with Nikwax Footwear Cleaning Gel. Shake the Footwear Cleaning Gel well, press down on the red pin in the scrub applicator to break the seal, and then use the scrub applicator to apply generously to the outside surface of the footwear while scrubbing. Make sure to apply enough pressure to create soap suds on the surface.

WATERPROOF Next, shake the Nubuck & Suede Proof well and spray it on evenly while the shoes are still wet.

DRY Remove any excess product with a cloth, then allow the footwear to dry completely.
